Hi Darren,
In response to my “Do not contact” on my profile, I have no idea how this got here. I have always asked for updates on my vehicle as this is the right thing to do before working on someone’s car beyond what was agreed on key hand over.
You have my phone number and you are more than welcome to contact me to discuss how this profile change happened.
I find it very disconcerting that your service advisors are changing the contact preference of your customers without them knowing. My guess is David Nye or Deb Bettridge had something to do with worsening my experience. Whilst you are at it, please let David know that calling his customers a pain in the neck is not professional behaviour and perhaps if he is being asked if he has had a bad day, it could be a great time to reign in the attitude.

There is little chance there is anything you can do to retain my business and I can only heed warning to anyone who would like to pay a silly amount of money to be ignored and told “we are very busy”. Note to Deb, we are all very busy and this is no excuse for insufficiency in service. Darren, I would consider jumping ship, you seem reasonable and have the right expectations. 7 years of trying their best to sink but are blessed with a convenient location. 3.9 stars is barely anything to brag about and I’m sure you get a lot of unwarranted 1 star reviews but I reassure you, this is as legitimate as it comes, as you may have gathered.
