Club cadet 154 tom at kenmore is as frustrated as me.

I was sold one of these. I would not give it to YOU.
SO much trouble and now I find out I've been lied to about the spindles. So many things have gone wrong with it.
This cost me 16,000 to buy and another 10,000 in downtime.
Blades keep coming off then too tight to get off.
The club Rep blames the sticks, rocks, operator..... let's look at the machine. The latest is the electrics for the brake... cable falls onto the RH deck pully...held on with a plastic clip.
The seat not tighten, when delivered
The battery not connected when delivered
Positioning pully bolt on the deck sheared off twice.
Runs for 5 seconds then turns off.
You have to clean it every 3 hours (so the rep told me )
Only cuts 60% of the width, so the job takes a third longer, a third more fuel, and 100% more frustration.
The free wheeling pulls so bent out of shape due to the amount of times I've had to use them
Has to go back to Browns Plains or the other shop because Kenmore doesn't have a mechanic. So that's another week gone if they have the part. This thing is still under warranty. HA HA HA when it runs out then what?
This is just to name a few short stories on the LEMON CADET at least they got the color correct.

The estimate of a cost below $20,000 is a Joke
Off to fair trading, this is so wrong laughing stock of the street and family.

And I'll sign this and the letter to the Club and the manufactures

Approximate cost: $25000
