August 2011 and during the Tiger Airways grounding (not flying) had friends from Alice Springs stay at the motel.
Upon arrival one friend had to use the toilet in reception area as quickly as she walked in she ran out - absolutely disgusting!!
Go to check in and no booking on system? Well they are quick enough to tell us there are NO rooms available BUT hold on the credit card was debited and confirmation received.
Finally get to the room that was not made up, rubbish from previous people on the floor bathroom was a disgrace and above all else had to carry large suitcases up 2 flights of stairs as lift was not working.
Telling the staff at front office was worthless as we get told we are lucky to even have the room!!!!!

Applied for a job that they had advertised on a job website, the particular job had been advertised on 5 different occasions.
Lodged my application, forwarded all details etc and no go; was unsuccesful, but what it is that makes it worse is they state in the advert no experience required as training provided even though my experience in the particular job is 10+ years I get an email advising I have not the experience required by the employer to be considered??????
Attempted to call the agency but was told the director will not take calls.
What an absolute joke!
I do feel for the employer that was to seek their help in recruiting staff, I do wonder if they know what the situation may be?
