extremely helpful,patient to explain to new brewers different things.these guys seem to love all things brewing,not all the staff are super knowlegable but there is one guy(long ponytail) that just knows everything and goes out of his way to help and fix any problems.They also garuntee that there brews will work...how cool is that!
