We refinanced our owner occupied and investment property loan with ANZ through a mortgage broker. We contacted the West End branch to execute loan documents and were very disappointed with the lack of service at the branch. Phone calls were made to the branch telephone number, however no one in the branch ever picks up the phone. Messages were left on voicemail, however these messages are not checked regularly enough and phones calls were not returned within 24 hours. I had to walk to the bank to make an appointment to see them the next day - very inconvenient! When I fed this back to the branch manager, he became defensive and advised that he was too busy to answer the phone. I was not referring to him answering the phone, but an improvement suggestion for his staff. Our loan documents were not executed correctly and it appears that an oversight on the West End branch side led to delays in processing documentation and inconvenience. Overall ANZ's product and loan has been good for us and the time at which they approved our loan was also very efficient, however our dealings with the West End branch have resulted in a less enjoyable experience. I would not recommend using this branch directly, however ANZ themselves were very professional.
the saying, "you get what you pay for" is absolutely right. prices are very competitive, however the quality is not as great as Harvey Norman. If you are looking for furniture at a reasonable price and you don't expect it to last longer than a few years, this is the store for you. service has always been good here, there are always staff wandering around asking if you need help. I would recommend this store to people looking for a cheaper furniture alternative.
being local to the area, I frequent this store quite regularly. i have found the selection extensive and customer service is satisfactory. it is sometimes too busy and staff are a little light during those times, but that is to be expected. prices are often more expensive than alternative options, so it pays to do your homework however after saying that, you can negotiate on the price with staff so worth having a go. Generally I find the furniture (particularly lounges) much better quality than those found at cheaper alternatives (ie Super Amart, Fantastic Furniture). I would recommend this store.
Good quality service. We purchased the Platinum security package and have found that worth while, particularly for the odd occasion call outs for alarms being triggered for no obvious reason. Attendance was prompt every time. Would recommend this service to others.
We use Richlands Party Hire for coldroom hire for our wedding. Quality and value was good, the coldroom ran well, was clean and was available when needed. Would recommend this service to others.
I received the same level of service from Coles at Inala as I would expect to receive from other Coles Supermarkets. Would recommend this store to others.
attended due to recommendation from my doctor to see a podiatrist. I found this to be good, positive experience with very professional staff. would recommend this service to others.
I use Forest Lake Fitness for swimming lessons for my two sons. Professionally run business. Most instructors are great. Continuity of instructors needs to be addressed as this is key in development of swimming. Would recommend this service.
the Forest Lake markets are not as great as they used to be. Patronage and stalls seem to be tappering off. Worth a look, but difficult to justify a second visit.
Satisfactory experience, what you would expect from other Woolworths supermarkets. Prices are better than other locations, such as Forest Lake. Queues can be long at times. Should look at automated check outs such as Forest Lake has.
