They are more than happy to put considerable amount of efforts into perfecting every details. As a result, the dress came back to me exactly the way I wanted — they got it right at the first round, with all the details carefully considered and crafted.

Sam, Grace and the rest of the team are such warm-hearted and considerate people. The interations between us feel like reunions with old friends. They make you feel at home the moment you walk in, and they'd propose candid suggestions they consider best for your needs.

I did find the services a bit pricey, but considering the profassionalism of the team, I would in no doubt recommend Sam's Alterations for those who would like their garments to be attentively and beautifully transformed.
