The service we received here was exceptional, unfortunately our puppy passed away suddenly and unexplained they arranged all we needed to do to get answers and even sent us a condolences card. The fees are what to be expected for a vets but the service is why we will continue to use them in the future

I love having a game with my brother in law here. Launceston previously had nothing similar to this but thank fully this has been around for a while now, plenty of free parking and only a 5 minute drive from the city its easy to access and can be affordable entertainment for the day. The accommodate groups and parties too

We absolutely love having our children's parties here. Its fantastically laid out and the kids have an absolute blast. The fact that you can self cater makes it affordable and the use of the onsite bbq makes it great

Was so excited to hear this was coming to Launceston, when I saw the prices I thought it might be an okay experience from time to time but definitely not regularly how ever after visiting we wont be returning as we spent more time getting back to the top after lugging our tubes and hardly any time having fun

We stopped here when we urgently needed a hair cut for our eldest daughter before attending a family funeral, the wait was small, the price okay but they lacked creativity in styling. I could of equally provided a similar cut at home, we did ask the lady to attempt to shape the hair around her face more rather than the flat same length she had done but she didn't really bother. Was rather disappointed and have yet to return

I've never actually had a meal here but stopped in for a few beers with work mates on occasions, the atmosphere is always relaxed, staff pleasant and the beers cold. The food does have a great aroma through the building and the meals I have seen do look great

Mr Kirkby is very direct, not the most friendly man but certainly not rude, his reception staff are lovely. The practice is small and clean, his waiting periods are reasonable and surgical skills are amazing, I can't even see a scar.

Plenty of free parking, conveniently located next to the amcal chemist and great extended hours since the revamp. The reception staff are often rude/abrupt and they have a lot of junior doctors at the practice from time to time but many doctors who have been there for years too. If your wanting to see you regular dr and happy to wait its great but its often pot luck ringing for an urgent appointment

Located next to hillwood berry farm is this amazing dairy farm, well they mostly highlight dairy products but also an amazing array of local produce including berries and jams etc, all at a great price and the staff are always lovely
