My car was in their workshop in May 2021 now a pulley has failed costing over $1000. Perished rubber that looked 60 years old. Not picked up by these guys, obvious to any mechanic looking at the car it needed replacement. Will never deal with Doncaster BMW again. The matter will be taken to VCAT.

Excellent service, on time, friendly guys that were great to deal with.

I have been in to this place twice needing two small 1 mintue jobs, one being tightening up a tow ball and the other to fit wiper blades. Was told I had to book it in. My mechanic in QLD that I used which was also an Ultra Tune was always helpful and I didnall my services etc here when I lived in QLD.
I would NEVER step foot in this Ultra Tune again. Very arrogant rude individual running this business. AVOID

THE most amazing food I have ever had. Mates and I went here and had burgers and wet fries.. I have not had such a delicious burger anywhere. This place rocks. Misty is the most friendly honest host you could wish for in a restaurant. She was even the one who personally cooked our burgers.
