Upon purchasing computer equipment we were offered many great deals by the friendly computer staff. They explained everything clearly and offered alternate and more affordable suggestions to our needs instead of just pushing the most expensive options on us.

I love the photo uploader, however so many times it seems to stop working and has many gliches. Everytime I email for help they explain the same thing to me, that i had already tried. other then that it is a great social networking medium for all aged users.

The service last two times I was there especially, the staff were beyond exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and weren't pushy at all. We just moved house 2 weeks ago and had to ring up to reconnect the electricity in our new place and disconect from our old place. the lady we spoke to was very friendly and on the ball. i had to change addresses, my name (from maiden to married), and other contact details, and she was very helpful clearly explaining what she was doing so I wasnt't sitting on the phone in silence. we got a free photoshoot and print voucher from hervey norman, and decided to give it a go. we weren't planning to spend very much but decided to splurge a little bit. The images were amazing and our little baby smiled and giggled the through the whole experrience. The staff were friendly and open and very welcoming towards us.
