Mark came out to establish what was wrong.The prognosis was that the toilet needed replacing.Ashley came back with a new loo..which was organised by him at very reasonable price and he then installed it professionally.There were issues of the outside drains backing up which they resolved immediately.They arrived when they said they would..on time..I was very pleased in the way the whole process was handled by them,and at a very reasonable price.They even phoned back with a follow up call to make sure we were completely satisfied.
