Absolutely inept and a waste of time. The chat option they use is pointless. Just go elsewhere, three times I tried to get a quote and never a call back. Idiots !

In my opinion instructing Phil Tiernan was one of the worst decisions I have made. Tiernan failed to follow my instructions, failed to adhere to the courts timeline for lodging of documents. He instructed a Barrister without ever supplying a costs agreement in relation to same. He took funds from my trust account to pay for that Barrister without my approval or knowledge. At times Mr Tiernan took two weeks to return a phone call.

Tiernan always had an excuse why it wasn`t his fault. He blamed the courts and the witnesses. He even told me how his sacking from the Cronulla Sharks wasn`t his fault.
Tiernan eventually withdrew himself from the matter and the new lawyers advised me the case should have been filed in a different court, under a different act with different defendants. The case was not repairable.
By this time the the statute of limitations had expired.

A complaint was made against Tiernan to the Legal Services Commissioner with a response " Aspects of Tiernans conduct might constitute grounds for you to bring a negligence claim in the courts, they are not sufficient to warrant a disciplinary finding against him "

Don`t make my mistake by not doing your homework. Research before choosing a lawyer to handle your matter.

Fantastic Hotel, great location and exceptional service. The staff are very friendly as you would expect in a hotel of this quality. Have stayed here a few times now and wouldnt hesitate to do so again.

My son had a booking to Europe through these people. I called to ascertain if we could change a date for a flight home or arrange a stopover. I was told they would call me back. Two days later still no call so I called again. Once more I was told the person looking after it would call me back. Over the following week I call 5 or 6 times chasing what should have been a simple enquiry. The person looking after my sons file never called back and eventually I called back again and she answered the phone. I discussed with her the details and she said she will get back to me with a price for the changes. Another week goes by and still no return call back from her. I call the office once more and I speak to the assistant who advises me she will call me back. I express to my disappointment in Jetset Hurstvilles service. To this day I still haven't even got a price for the changes I wanted and not once did the person looking after the booking ever call me back.
Disgraceful customer service and by far the worst Travel agency I have encountered. I have since booked the additional flights I required elsewhere without any drama or hassle whatsoever. In all, unfortunately I have spent over $5200 with Jetset Travel on this booking. If they bothered to return phone calls or employ a bit of customer service they could have had more business as well.

The issue is not wether they could or couldnt make the changes I needed. The issue is that they dont even bother to explain anything or even to simply return a phone call.
