From Greg's first visit to evaluate the scope of the job, through to completion, we were very impressed.

Greg was most generous with his time during our initial meeting, and subsequent quoting visit ... which allowed for a thorough assessment of the work needed and an accurate quote with no surprises.

Our job was both large and complex. Many of our gutters and down-pipes required not only replacing, but re-leveling and installation of flashing behind. Our roof structure consists of many convoluted junctions which needed to be reinforced ... no simple task!

Greg's vast knowledge, experience and skill set were very impressive.
But equally as important to us was his, and his team's, level of care. They demonstrated a genuine sense of pride in their work, and commitment to achieving PERFECTION ... not only functionally, but aesthetically as well. Attention to detail is what is all about. All work was carried out to the highest standard.

The boys were professional, punctual, courteous, friendly and trustworthy ... working tirelessly each and every day (our job took one week to complete) ... not to mention 'respectful'; cleaning up thoroughly after each day's work; keeping noise to a minimum (hardly even knew they were here) ... an absolute delight to have around!

Endre Szabo is truly a ‘Master Painter’.
In essence, he is far more than your average ‘tradesman’ or ‘painter’ … he is an ‘Artisan’ … an individual with finely honed skills who takes enormous pride in his work … an anomaly in this day and age.
Endre brings new meaning to the term ‘professional’, which was evident from our very first meeting. He came prepared with an encyclopaedia of references from delighted clients … and I feel honoured to be now standing amongst them. His communication is absolutely outstanding … keeping us informed with the progress of the job every step of the way. Endre has a wonderful creativity, offering suggestions and advice on colour palettes, sheen levels and paint type.
We contracted Endre to paint two bedrooms in our 18 year old home that we moved into just before Christmas. There were many, many challenges involved, which Endre was able to meet after careful consideration and consultation, exceeding all our expectations. His knowledge, experience and skillset really came to the fore with the architraves, skirting boards, dado boards and wardrobe doors in these rooms which had previously been painted over with a roller, resulting in unsightly stippling (orange peel). Endre patiently and meticulously sanded away the majority of the stippling, used a ‘high-build’ filler / undercoat, together with several other undercoats, and finished off with enamel. The results were amazing … smooth and glossy. He achieved what at first seemed impossible.
Endre has a very strong work ethic. He was punctual each and every day. He has great respect for property as demonstrated by his careful tarping up of the rooms he was working on and removing his shoes whilst walking through other areas of the house. He conducts his work in a clean, methodical, organized and orderly manner. Endre is trustworthy without question, on many occasions working unaccompanied at our house whilst I was out running errands. I had no doubt that our home was in safe and honest hands. On top of all this, he is very personable and respectful. He begins work each day with a smile on his face, simply because he enjoys what he does … an absolute delight to have around!

Rob is the absolute epitome of a Professional, Highly Skilled, Tradesperson. If I could give him more stars I would!

We have just moved into a house that is 18 years old and needed Rob to service our ducted heating and evaporative cooling units, as well as assess all aspects of each of these systems for any current or potential issues. Rob was extremely thorough and really took the time to explain the issues at hand. He is a wonderful communicator … very clear and concise … with such a friendly manner. Rob pinpointed several issues and rectified them with efficiency, a very high level of skill, and exceptional care.
Rob was punctual, courteous and trustworthy. He prepared his quote in a timely manner and was able to commence the job promptly.

Darren was punctual, courteous, friendly and skilled. He was also very respectful of our home … did not think twice about taking his shoes off … and even placed a blanket under his ladder (which was wet from a downpour) to protect our floor.
Darren and his apprentice worked efficiently and neatly, completing all our plumbing requirements to a high standard.

Rapid Locksmiths … quite simply the BEST locksmiths in Melbourne!!!
I cannot recommend Rapid Locksmiths highly enough. Daniel is very professional, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and efficient. On top of that, he is a lovely person … so friendly and courteous.
We had just moved into our new home and asked Daniel to change all the locks over for us. Daniel advised us that a more cost effective solution to ‘changing’ the locks was to ‘modify the internal workings and cut new keys accordingly’. This was a particularly challenging job, as all of the locks were ‘mortice’ locks (which are difficult enough) AND they were 18 years old with varying degrees of wear AND one of them was a different brand. Daniel was able to navigate around all of these obstacles so that all the locks are keyed alike and operate perfectly – smooth as silk - (even those that were dodgy to begin with). He spent a great deal of time and care to achieve this result, displaying a very high level of skill. Daniel was also very reasonable with his pricing.
We will definitely be calling on Daniel for any future locksmith work.

We haven't even employed Amar and Vicmovers yet but have been so impressed to date with our experience that we wanted to post this review.
Amar has a very friendly demeanor and is very accessible. He responded quickly to our call back messages and was very courteous and professional.
We will definitely be seeking a quote from Vicmovers when we do plan our move in the near future.

In a ‘service’ based industry, ‘Attitude’ is everything … and the ‘Can-do ’attitude of these guys, where nothing is too much trouble, and Difficulties are viewed as Challenges to look forward to, the team at Vic Movers demonstrated that they truly understand this concept. They handled my belongings as I would expect them to handle their most precious treasures – with the greatest of care. The team ‘shrink-wrapped’ my upholstered and antique furniture … and as I expected, each and every item arrived at its destination in perfect condition. They washed their hands many times throughout the loading and unloading process after touching dirty cast-iron items, to ensure cleanliness at all times.
Amar and Jazz’s knowledge and skill in regard to manoeuvring odd shaped items around the tightest of spaces, without a single scratch, really blew me away!
From my very first communication with Amar, the manager, I was very impressed. Amar took the time to really listen to my concerns and made me feel completely at ease. The communication process, itself, was outstanding with this company, every step of the way. Whenever I needed to speak to Jazz or Amar and they (literally) had their hands full, they would always reply with a text and respond in a timely fashion.
