I've called Ashley a few times when things broke down like, the hot water service, burst water filter, flooded septic and gas appliances . He turned up within the hour (6.00&8.00pm on 2 instances) and set about diagnosing and resolving the problem.
I'm pleased with the results and that's why I'll call him again.
