My experience was totally the opposite of what I was expecting. My haircut was done by Brooke. At the start, I explained that I would like a tapered haircut and showed her a photo of the style that I would like to get and she replied "that is easy and pretty straight forward". So, as soon she started cutting my hair I could tell already that it will not turn out the way I wanted. My haircut was no way near like the photo that I've showed Brooke. Plus she keeps on walking away to attend to another customer and comes back. My appointment was 2:30pm, my haircut started at 3:08pm and finished at 3:55pm and she did not even brush away the left over hairs on my neck after taking off the cape and the towel. I paid $90.00 for a shitty service and a shitty haircut that I will wear for a month or so. I used to get my haircut at Aluere's and always paid around $45 for style cut and never had any issues with them, they're not in Highpoint anymore that's why I went to Oscar Oscar which I paid double and my high expectations turned out to be very dissapointing and appalled. If I could only post a photo here of the haircut that I got and the photo of that I've showed here, everyone would understand what I'm trying to say.
