I have been shopping at this IGA for over 4 years now and have never had such fantastic customer service. They may be a little more expensive in some areas, but for a smaller Supermarket they make sure prices are kept to a minimum. Special are fantastic. I subscribe to their catalogue and get some fantastic specials every week. Well done Team....

I have been with bendigo for years and have yet to have a bad experience with them. My Eftpos card was due for renewal and when I went to pick it up, they had "flagged" me to speak about my bank fees. They were large and suggested a Debit card. I changed and have not looked back. I used to pay appx $11 a mth in fees, now I pay $3 as a standard fee for a Debit card and $4 of free transactions. I think I have incurred Bank fees maybe 10 times in 5 years. Sheree also helped me with Full Comp Ins on my car. I have done research and cannot find anyone cheaper for my Insurance. Reccomend to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr Shing there for appx 30yrs. The staff are always polite, courteous and willing to help. It is not a Bulk billing clinic, but they do not charge Age and Disability Pensioners. Not only G.P.s They have specialists and pathology on site, so you don't have to make another stop if tests are needed.

My washing machine had broken and I was looking for a new one, I am a Disability Pensioner so i had to get a Centrelink loan and had a budget of $500. I bought a Westinghouse reconditioned machine from them and have had troubles since the 1st day, The 1st load the water came out black, after doing a couple of "Dry runs" finally got it clear. The 4th day it was making a noise, so I called and they came around and "fixed" it 2 days later. It had a 3 mth warranty and sure enough right after the warranty ran out it started squealing. Would NEVER go back.

I had to change the lock for my front security door, as my old roommate wouldn't give my key back. They were the only one's willing to listen and advise. I contacted 9 in all. Bob was great. The only problem was the locksmith said the old barrel was worn and replaced it without asking, causing the cost to go from $149 to $175. I am renting, so really didn't want to do that, but he said it would be more secure. Oh well.....

This website has all your "Expensive" brands at a very low cost. ie; Estee Lauder, Clinique etc. I always had to buy from a large Dept store for my perfume, this and 2 others had it for appx $20 less than Large Dept stores. Free Delivery, very quick and easy to deal with.

I went through the drive through at 8.30pm and was told it would be a 20 minute wait for fresh chicken!!!! I understand 5-10mins, but 20? Not good enough. I e-mailed KFC head office and received a from letter back. Not good enough for the price you pay. I left without ordering.

I first started ordering books from this site because there was no shipping fee. then I found many more who have no shipping fee and MUCH better service. I pre-ordered the new Stephen King novel on 26th Jan 2012. It was due to be released 24th April. On the 24th April I saw it in a bookshop in Eastland (Vic) for $7 less than I had already paid. It is now the 29th April and I still have nor received it. I have enquired and got an auto reply back!!!! Saying they had only just got it in. Worst internet Customer Service I have ecer had.

Gloria is great with animals. She is home based and if your pet has to stay overnight, they are in a great environment. My cat had a lump on his leg and had been operated on for it twice by another vet (Very costly) but did not fix the problem. Gloria found the problem, explained it in layman's terms and he was operated on. He is fit and well now and it cost a third of the other vet. She also does home visits Mobile # 0438 938 610.
