Other than the long wait for getting appointment and have to wait for seems like eternity waiting for my turn, all of the employees are friendly and cheerful every time I'm there. It is a pleasant environment. Furthermore, they are ALL a happy bunch. I didn't felt rushed when its my turn. Everyone are welcoming and friendly. Love the 80's and disco music they play. Very distracting. Despite the minor frustration of having to wait for there chronic lateness, I'm happy in general
