From the moment I introduced myself, I was treated as an important client by their staff, all of whom were friendly, professional and genuinely interested in my well-being.

My appointment, which was on-time, was managed by Elise, who asked all the right questions regarding my “issues” and after listening carefully she explained the underlying cause of my problems in terminology that I understood and the actions that “we” needed to take to provide both short term relief and a long term solution.

Elise then applied the best remedial massage that I've ever had and a variety of other techniques that together provided me with almost instant relief. Importantly, the clinic has up-to-date equipment and a fully equipped gymnasium.

The cost of my treatment was quite reasonable, and I'm sure most of it (maybe all) will be covered by my health insurance.

Elise even called me the next day to see how I was progressing; and I've never had service like that before!

Having recently purchased a home where the previous owner clearly didn't like to clean and we were surprised to find that she didn't clean the carpets before she vacated. The carpets were grubby with numerous pet-related stains that we thought would be difficult, perhaps impossible to shift.

We arrived as strangers, and after only a week we left as friends of the owners and operators, Cathy, Wendy, Bronwyn and Olivia.

We'd never been to Port Douglas before, so we initially looked at prices and tried to find places that were recommended by others. By The Sea kept coming up in our searches, so we eventually decided to give them a try.

From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, the girls in the office helped us with everything we did in Port Douglas. They recommended and booked snorkeling tours and restaurants and gave us "local knowledge" about where to eat and what to do and see. They also provided free DVDs (after helping us choose some really good movies), and as we like to travel light, they also provided beach towels, eskys, chairs, ice, and all those little things that make your holiday easy and memorable.

Also, all of the rooms have recently been repainted and fitted with brand new, good quality furniture (carpets, beds, fridges, TVs, outdoor settings, wireless modems, etc), so we felt spoilt every day.

John Swanson (Principal of All Finance) has just saved me $2400 on a new car lease.

I've been a member of a professional organisation for managers and engineers for a long time, so I expected to get a really good recommendation for a Banking & Financial Services provider, especially as this organisation employs people to track-down these deals for us members.

Before deciding which Great Barrier Reef tour operator we'd go with, we sought out opinions from a number of local residents and we studied the glossy brochures from the main tour operators. In the end we chose Wavelength, as their tours cater for a maximum of 30 people and their tours compared favourably in every other regard. Other operators have larger boats and cater for larger crowds, but we wanted an organisation that was likely to give us a personal tour.
In summary, with a little help from the good weather, our trip was better than we'd hoped.
Wavelength's team includes qualified marine biologists and they were passionate about showing us some of the best places to visit whilst also ensuring this magnificent resource is well cared for. The snorkelling gear is good quality, clean and well maintained, and the food and drinks were great.

In summary, I can highly recommend Wavelength to anyone who is looking for a personal experience on the Reef.

Whilst my daughter had flown alone with other airlines on many prior occasions, tiger refused to let her onto her flight because of some small print in their conditions. They then refused to refund the airfare. Result - daughter stuck at airport, no money to transfer to another carrier.
I would never trust them, and certainly wont ever fly with them.

Whilst it's location is not fantastic, the food, coffee and service ensure it's amongst the best Cafes in Frankston. As I understand it, Vada is run by a local church, and all profits go to the poor.
