Inflated prices and carry your own cutlery, drinks, napkins and salad plates AND table number! Table dirty and worst chicken parmi I've ever had. Chicken tough, chewy and flavourless. Better food and service from maccas.

Just popped in for a coffee which was great. I always have long blacks so bad coffee can't hide from me. Very friendly and happy to be there late on a Sunday afternoon!
Will return to try the menu soon

I find it really disappointing that places can't stay open till they actually close! Business hours clearly stated open till 4 but ordering food at 3.01 is pointless because kitchen closes at 3.00!

I do believe cave man ate after 3pm!

Service good, friendly & fast. Concerned that no separate spoon given to use with sugar container on table. Too easy for people to lick their spoons & dip in it.
Crumbs on table from previous customer which should have been dealt with when that table was cleared.
Last but not least the coffee. The reason we were there. Had two different sorts. Much prefer the Nescafe packet in my hotel room.
Atmosphere great though. I'd go back to try the food but if you want good coffee give this one a miss!

In a queue is one thing but giving people tickets from 2 different books & then getting the order mixed up is pretty poor when you have 1 couple waiting half an hour and another couple waiting 15 minutes!
Also got 2 lots of food cold when we had yum cha & they just took them back & cancelled it. Not good enough.
There was an apology with mucking us up in getting us a table with 1 mango pudding to share. Gee ta, what that set you back guys? $2?
Lots of running around but so so service. Food that was hot was good.

Food was good & service absolutely excellent! Quick & efficient with a smile! Would definitely recommend!

Despite place not being busy (only 1 table in use) no acknowledgment when we stood there to order. When I asked if I could order she says " you can but I won't be able to cook it for a couple of minutes. What do you guys do? Finish cooking one meal b4 taking another order. Heaven forbid you get more than one customer! Ordered anyway only to be told just run out of that! Really? No eye contact no smile no friendliness! I felt I was inconveniencing her & she was doing me a favour by talking to me as she was so busy. Waste of time having people promote the place with free dessert cards, get customers there & then your cooks can't be bothered!
