On Monday 14th April I used the services of The Drain Man for the first time & I want to sincerely express my complete satisfaction with The Drain Man & in particular with your staff member Andrew who acted in a very professional manner from his arrival until departure. His approach, appearance, friendliness & explanation of the procedure & the costs involved made me feel very comfortable & without any doubt that he knew his job very well. You are to be commended for having such a great staff member in your employ. Kieran came on Tuesday 15th to complete the job & once again I was very satisfied. I engaged the services of The Drain Man because of hearing your advertising on 3AW on Saturday mornings & it is my intention to call them this coming Saturday 26th & give The Drain Man a big plug !
