Our family of 5 bought lunch here & asked for directions to the walking trails. We were denied directions, so after our meal found our own way to one of the shortest walks as our youngest is only 2yrs old. Approx 45mins later we paused en route to the car to drink our water. The proprieter must have been watching us as he instantly stormed out, and actually shouted at us "CAN'T YOU READ??" We had paused under a sign stating strictly no BYO food/drink. A polite reminder would have sufficed. I wouldn't speak to a dog that way, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel based on how we - paying customers - were spoken to.
