Hi, my name is Edie. I am 61 years old and joined CrossFit121 not long after they opened. The reason I stayed, Maria and Chris care about every one of the people who go there. I go to the 6am session, it is hard to get up on cold mornings, but once there all the others in the morning group are good fun. I never felt that I was an odd one out. Accepted just like the others. I was terribly unfit when I started, now I feel a lot stronger and definitely fitter. at my age I want to look after myself and this is the most fun way I do it. Tried gyms, but it isn't for me.
