Lack of care on the day of moving and whilst I accept that minor damage can happening on the day, to ignore me after I gave some polite feedback is not acceptable!
Please see photo’s below showing all the scratches that were made to my furniture, especially the two cube units and my framed shirt. Whilst I accept that there will be the odd scratch, however I don’t like the way that the two cube units were hidden against the wall with all the boxes covering them so it would be impossible to see the damage until they had left.
Also they also left a number of items at the old place without advising me so had to hire another small van for a couple of hours to complete the job!
I move on the 17th November and have not been contacted despite several attempts to get a resolution.
