I needed data recovered from a drive that had a broken data cable connector. The pins were intact, but the cable wouldn't stay on the drive. Craig was so great in discussing my problem and solution options and getting my work estimate. He found my drive was in pretty bad shape (on top of the damage) but held to his original quote. Turnaround time was very quick. He was prompt in every way and I'd be happy to use his service again (although I hope I don't need it, as I have implemented some rigorous backup as well as not letting my toddlers help me change out power supplies). I would send anyone I know to this business if they needed similar service. Note: The cost included both a new 500GB Seagate drive and express postage. VERY REASONABLE to pay for stupidity on my part.
