Annie's has such a friendly and warm feel to it. The food is delicious and the value is wonderful as they hold specials on certain nights of the week. The staff are genuine and attentive, you can feel the love they have for the place. It's a great little Italian restaurant.

We just love this fish and chip shop! The food is fresh and the menu is extensive. It's a definite favourite for those nights that we just cant be bothered cooking or for summertime chips on the beach. The staff are lovely, one night we found ourselves with a couple of extra scoops of chips because they'd cooked too many and offered them to us free. It's roomy enough to fit the pram in and sit down and eat there too. A local's favourite.

"I love it" says my boyfriend. He walks up there every weekend with the dog to grab a loaf of bread, a coffee and a couple of muffins. The bread is cheap for the excellent quality, the pastries are fantastic and the coffee is right on par with the best. We've also seen some incredible looking made to order cakes in creation and will definitely be ordering one for our son's first birthday.

Love Coogee is the cutest little gelato/sweet shop in town. The service is incredibly friendly, they have that old fashioned, local, first names basis connection with almost everyone who walks in store. Geat coffee, great gelato and it's always such a warm and welcoming experience.

We frequent Globe cafe to the point that we just don't go anywhere else. The value is great, a huge amount of bang for your buck! They're always busy so staff are often streched, but they're happy and willing to bring over a highchair or move a table for you. Cash-only is the only downside. It's the smoothies and haloumi sandwiches that keep us coming back for more.
