Os, in the Dandenong office helped us choose our stone and showed us the behind scenes process. He gave us many samples to take home. On the day the installers were on time, quiet and clean. The outcome was outstanding. I am very happy with my new modern kitchen.

I am surprised they are still in business. They underquoted. Never replied to calls. Took longer to install than quoted. The door had many issues. They were always slow to respond. Very unprofessional.

We shopped around before buying our spa. Many were not competitive in price. Others took ages to get the item in stock and couldn't deliver when we wanted. None of those things were a problem for spa city and they gave us a price equal to the best we had been quoted. They also let us choose and didn't try to sway us to buying something different.
On the day the guy stayed 2-3 hours to check the spa worked well and that we knew how to maintain it.
