Even though the price was slightly more than the average "hose" (and I put that word in inverted commas for a reason!) at the end of the day, the old adage of "you get what you pay for" rings true. This is a quality product at a reasonable price. Ours was initially faulty so sent an email outlining the issues, expecting to get a reply in a day or so as it was the weekend. That afternoon we received a reply of troubleshooting and alternatives and when these did not work, we had a replacement hose within days. The service is incomparable. The company Australian. The product true blue quality. I read in one of the other reviews "what company does such wonderful service". I totally agree. These people are fantastic at what they do and I wish them all the best - and to resist any overseas bids on takeover bids! Thank you Sally. Thank you Hoselink.
