I ordered a 1.5kw Solar Panel System in late October 2009 & paid a $1000 deposit upon the advice I would have the panels installed in January 2010. In December 2009 I rang the company to let them know I would be overseas in January 2010 & was told the panels wouldn't be installed until February 2010 as there was a shortage of panels & the company was joining a buying conglomerate to purchase the panels in bulk from overseas. Now we are four months down the track from when I ordered them, I've left several messages on the Customer Service line (it goes through to a pre-recorded voicemail message) & no one returns your phone call. As a result of that, I sent an email to the Victorian State Manager and still never received a response. Terrible customer service, haven't delivered on their promises & they've pocketed $1000 of my money & I don't ever expect to see the product I've ordered. I would never recommend the company to anyone!
