My mother wanted a headset which was not big and bulky, was able to pair with a tablet and phone . Plus had noise a cancellation function for listening in noisy environments (eg - overseas flights). Being disabled it is easier to look and purchase online, rather than try to make my way through shopping centers, etc. I found a Plantronics Back Beat Go 2 with a portable charging case (has a extra 10 hours of use before having to find a wall plug) for sale at Mobile Express for $78 and free overnight express post (recommended retail was almost $150). It was a last minute decision as my mother had been for eye surgery and was unable to read her books. Instead she wanted to listen to audiobooks .
Because of the good price and the convenience, I purchased a set and the next day the package arrived, but someone had accidentally put a incorrect, more expensive item in the box, almost twice the price on their website. So after a email, I received a phone call apologizing for the mistake and because my mother was leaving on holidays shortly, he made a unusual step of trusting the customer and sent the correct item out with a included return post envelope for the incorrect item.
The correct item arrived the next morning , so true to my word, I returned the incorrect item (I am a honest person).
So in the space of three working days I had ordered, received a incorrect item and then received the correct item.
He even passed on his personal mobile phone number due to the urgency (and the NBN workmen messing with his phone line at the moment), so if there was any question or problem I could contact him easier and quicker.
They were exemplary in their service and problem solving.
I consider that as we are but mere humans, we are prone to errors and mistakes, what defines us is how we deal with these incidents . And this definitely applies to businesses. Mobile Express could not have dealt with this any better or faster, all they needed was the opportunity to find the best solution.
If they have a product you are looking for, I would highly recommend them. They may not always be the absolute cheapest (if you add the price of the product with the special offer of free express overnight postage, they were the cheapest and most convenient), but you will be very happy with their great customer service.

Below is a copy of the feedback I sent to the Managing Director of Ryda after they alleviated a bad experience which was not of their making. They even offered to express courier the replacement handset for free. When presented with the missing handset problem, Uniden (even though they to were baffled) immediately sent the replacement to Ryda only asking for the serial numbers.
I have purchased several things off you over the years.
The last purchase was a Uniden 3+1 8155 cordless phone set. I gave this to my elderly parents for Christmas, so they would not have to walk far when the phone rang.
When my mother opened it, she could not find a handset. I thought at first that mum was just hassling me by hiding it, but it turned out that the sealed box (Mum said she had to break the seal) was minus one.
I rang when you had opened and was told to send in a email (RMA) explaining the problem (29/12/2014).
I received a reply shortly after that the information had been discussed with Uniden and all they required were the serial numbers to sort this out.
Once I sent those in I received a message that Uniden was sending a replacement to Ryda.
This whole episode only took about 2 weeks to get a replacement.
Given that it was the Christmas / New Years holiday period, I was amazed that it did not take longer
The staff attitude never changed, always friendly, pleasant and helpful - with a smile and apology as well.
This is exceptional customer service and I have already written positive reviews and recommendations on some review sites.
A lot of companies out there should take your lead with giving the customer a positive experience, even when things go wrong.
I believe that criticism should go both ways, and to always try to reward good behaviour so as to keep people doing it.
For example, I always wave at people on the road when they let me in.
As you do not have a review section on your website, I thought that I would contact you directly in appreciation for retaining great staff members.
