Love love love every visit and hair experience with Vault Hair. One of my self pamper indulgences which makes me happy and feeling so beautiful and confident. I am still surprised I get so many compliments even months after due to their amazing colour and cutting wizardry under Tess' magic.

Really disappointed dining here for breakfast after reading the reviews and having visitor from London. The disappointment and disgust stemmed mostly from respect to the service or notable lack thereof. Rude and lacking empathy as I had my mobility-challenged elderly mother with my family and requested an appropriate seating. Which was not considered with any customer dignity so the first impression was already set very low. Then the food was served inconsistently. Of the six diners in our party, half were very pleased with their food served while the other half waited longer for their food to be served and it was very salty and unpalatable. We will not be returning. One of my sisters is a frequent diner at Sokyo (and has left wonderful feedback attesting to her past experiences) but she was so disappointed that she won't be back. She said the standard had dropped noticeably with the change in management.

Gosh what a most disappointing experience for my fur baby and myself. Booked him in for a groom and he came out looking like a shorn lamb (number 0-1) all over even his tail so he looked like he had a rat's tail. There was no style. He is a toy poodle btw not that he is recognisable as such as his disastrous groom. He had cut marks on his inner limbs and was very shaken by his trauma.

What a major let down and temper boiler. First and last visit. Please don't waste your time and money like I unsuspectingly did. I paid for a wash and polish for $90. And the amount of soggy soil/dirt still on the car, around the grilles and number plates you could run your finger along and it would be liberally crusted with dirt, and this was supposedly after it had been washed. And to top it off they didn't even polish my car which they had to do after I questioned them and asked to speak to the manager who was nowhere to be found. So dishonest. So very disappointing.
They are a discredit to any hardworking credible car wash business and most unfitting of the Chatswood Chase cohort of outstanding businesses.
