I had to reshop for an outfit to wear to my sons upcoming wedding with about 6 weeks to go. This is an unpleasant and sometimes difficult task as I do not buy off the rack due to stature. Helena and her staff showed exceptional customer service and had at least a dozen items for me to try on, all of which fitted. The choice was narrowed down to 2 -3 items which I could easily have bought any of them and been happy. Having settled on a favourite, Helena stepped in with her experience and talent to alter this to fit me perfectly. The whole shopping experience took about and hour and everyone even made my husband and daughter feel very welcome and at ease.
I picked up my dress in a week, talk about quick turn around.
It now fits exactly how it should, as though it was made for me.
I am extremely happy with the end product and cannot wait to confidently attend my sons wedding in a few weeks without ever thinking twice about how I look.
