Fantastic service from SOS Trees yet again! This time they pruned a significant Oak in our front garden in Balwyn, including a couple of large limbs overhanging neighbours house & power lines. Guys arrived on time & were friendly & knowledgable. We particularly appreciated the regular consultation on the day along with the care taken along the boundary as well as care of the immature landscaped garden beneath the tree which had struggled to thrive due to lack of sunlight. They left the place clean & tidy upon completion of works. Excellent communication from start to finish (including from Emma) & excellent value. SOS Trees came recommended to us, following the unplanned but necessary removal of a large canopy gum tree (including stump) along our rear boundary - challenging given the tree's size (20m high x 20m wide) & its close proximity to dwellings & garage. They completed the task safely and without damage to property or the established garden below. Glenn & the team were totally professional on the job, as was Emma who provided excellent office communication throughout. The site was left tidy upon job completion which was greatly appreciated.
