Mark's crew are super efficient and very professional. I was left in the lurch by another local crew, but Marks team came in and did what the others could not. Pricing is excellent and their service and advice is fantastic, will be hiring again.

I've renovated a number of homes over the years and the number 1 issue is tradesmen turning up on time and quality of finish, but this was not an issue with Maschler Homes.

Maschler homes provided a superb service when renovating our bathroom. All lines match on the bathroom grouting and finish is second to none. They provide great advice and ensured we were informed every step of the way. Their tradesmen turned up on time and also cleaned up each day. Great service and will be using them again.

We have been chasing the return of our bond for over 12 months. The lack of communication and inability to return a phone call is frustrating and highly unprofessional. As a landlord I would not want my tenants subject to such poor property management services.

I found the staff to be very accomodating. I required a chair at short notice and they were able to get it for me within 2 days. After getting it home we weren't certain of the colour and they were more than happy to let me exchange.

We hired Patrick to prune ornamental Pear trees and provide advice on maintaining some specific plants. He provided outstanding service and ensured we were happy as he progressed. Definitely would hire again.

Jason has great customer service and stands by the quality of his Hens. Our Hens have been great layers and it's worth paying the extra to get a better quality Hen.

Should be called Ben the bike wreck! Simple job, service my bike, replace a tire and add a new brake set. Come back twice when told to and bike is not ready, but they offered to drop it off. Tire is not installed, spacer on rear sprocket is missing and hadn't returned my brake set. On the 3rd ride (each is only 45 min) LHS crank arm comes off, wasn't tightened correctly, my mate had a similar issue at this store. Could of caused some serious injury, avoid if you value safety.

My wife has difficult hair that requires specific treatment and she has struggled finding a competent hairdresser over the past 5 years. Which has meat her waiting to go back to specific hairdresser when interstate visiting her family.

Lisa Maree's salon has been able to provide an exceptional service without the use of harsh chemical based treatments. We now send our children here for their haircuts too. Worth the travel for the service and price points.

Days passed, I called, left a message. No reply, called again and left a message. After calling more than a dozen times over 3 weeks with no reply I gave up. Disgraceful customer service, not even a courtesy text or return call. Hate to think what would happen if you had a warranty claim.

We ended up hiring a local painter to complete the job which was 6 days of painting.
