Staff are helpful and will go out of there way to assist you. Held a product for my mother which was helpful. They have a good range of products and often buy supplies for our rabbit from here.

Purchased a $18 water bottle for a rabbit, got home and it was leaking. returned the next day to exchange and I had to argue their obligations under the ACCC.

Would not shop there again. Absolutely clueless when it comes to customer service.

Price may be cheaper but they couldn't deliver on their promise. We ordered 10 loads to work in with our bobcat operator. Said they would be back within an 1/2 and hour, didn't come back for 2.5 hours, costing me extra money with the bobcat operator and eroding any cost savings.

Adam is a great tradie, honest and reliable. We hired him to cut in 230m of paths and build a terrace which he completed in under the time he had said he would. He worked non-stop unlike many people working on a day rate. Most importantly he was very honest. I originally had him quote another job 3 months ago which he said it would be a waste of our money and suggested another option to do the work. I would highly recommend and will be hiring him again in the future.

After a poor experience with Australian Climate Systems I was dubious of the service I 'd receive from another company. I was also skeptical due to the distance from my house to their office.

Their customer service was exceptional and they turned up when they said they would. I thought the bill may be high due to their time billing but in fact it ended up cheaper than I had thought.

Paul was very pleasant to deal with and I have booked them for a annual service call, highly recommend.

I had gone with Almara due to the reviews on WOM and I'm glad I did. Our job required the design, manufacture and install of a heritage style wardrobe. The wardrobe was nicely recessed back into the skirting with no visible gaps. Customer service throughout the experience was exceptional, the Managing Director even called on Saturday to inform of an earlier install date. Colin's (Sales person) advice was good and the installer was neat and tidy, even cleaning up his mess.

The only annoying aspect is the need to use another company to have the wardrobe painted. This is common to most cabinet makers but inconvenient for the customer.

But as far quality and service goes I would use Almara again and highly recommend.

These guys never seem to have the parts you need and take a day to get back to you when other businesses can answer questions and prices immediately.

Owning several Husquvarna products I don't feel confident that these guys could service them well, especially when they struggle to work out what bar I require.

I had damaged the rear brakes on a Thursday and needed the Quad back ASAP to continue work on the property.

I spoke with Dom the owner, and he picked up my Quad at 6pm (even though he was heading to hospital the next day) . Quad was dropped off Saturday by his father.

Great personal service! They did forget to place a plastic side cover back on and I assumed I would just drop by and pick up the parts and do myself. Instead, they sent the mechanic Paul to my house and to place it back on.

I had shopped around for a chainsaw that was capable of heavy duty use. Many stores tried to up sell me, but the advice I was given at the Mitcham store was inline with the research I had done. The Husky 135E has been fantastic and it has cut down over 300 trees since Aug 16 without missing a beat.

The first service was conducted promptly and even though this store is 20 mins out of my way I'd be happy to return.
