Blocked down-pipe resulting in water running into the cavity wall and flooding an entertainment room. Tony arrived within two hours of my distressed call and promptly began extracting the water from the carpet and setting up several air blowers/dehumidifiers to dry out the concrete slab and wall cavity. As we were embarking on a holiday the following morning Tony generously offered to call in daily to monitor the moisture levels and advise us of its progress. I found Tony to be a very honest, experienced and knowledgeable tradesperson/consultant in water extraction and carpet cleaning methods and highly recommend his services.
