HOLY SMOKES, my legs hurt. But well, that's why I'm here, right? To train, work out and get fit, right? Dang straight it is. Something clicked inside me late last year and I decided on a complete self overhaul, for Mind/Body/Spirit and everything in between and it was then that The Strong Room found me, or, I found the Strong Room, which ever way you look at it, but it couldn't have been a better, more exciting discovery.
After a few 'fundamental' sessions I felt comfortable, relaxed and eager to see where the rabbit hole went. Now, after my first week of Cross-Fit, something I knew NOTHING about, I'm sore, tired, and excited to get back into the gym.
Excited because the whole experience is perfect. From the friendly staff, to the welcoming feeling from the whole group in the session. You're encouraged to push your limits, by the instructors, by the new friends you've just made, and of course, by yourself. The other thing to mention is that even though you're pushing your limits, you're not over doing it. So far in each session, I've had TWO trainers helping me, guiding me to the correct position and form and helping me prevent stupid injuries.
Overall, my experience at The Strong Room has exceeded my expectations and I can't speak any more highly of the crew.

I needed a sensor light fitted and didn't have a huge budget! After discussing the job with Ian, we agreed on the price and before I knew it, the job was done.
