Got a serve of grilled dhufish for $20 expecting to be proper grilled fish instead it was 2 tiny pieces (smaller than a petite woman's palm) of dried out battered fish reheated on grill. No chips. They charged $1 extra for grilled fish which is fine. Wouldn't mind the serving size and cost if it was actually freshly grilled fish. Disappointing dinner we had... Very sad... Really hoping for decent fish and chips in the area :(. They have some really good reviews which is why we tried but I really wonder how they get the good reviews. The dhufish was supposed to be their "manager's special"

Prices are a lot more expensive in comparison to the other pet shops in the area. One particular staff was impatient when providing service. Bought some "on special" fish from them and ended up killing most of the fish in my tank within a week which I had kept alive, thriving, and healthy for 2 years. Staff says it could be just coincident or poor water quality. Mind you the tank was just cleaned (gravel clean, filter rinsed, and water replaced) only a couple of days before I got the new fishes, the same way I had done for 2 years which kept the fishes healthy and happy. Okay, let's just say it might just be a coincident (although I might add it was their fish that died first after 2 days and then one after another before my fishes started to get sick as well). They couldn't recommend the right treatment for the fish so I ended going to Petbarn just down the road and got an experienced staff that had recommended suitable treatment to the sick fish and revival of the tank after treatment. Got the products at at least 20% cheaper than what Pet City was selling for. One of my poor sick pregnant fish was just able to give birth to some gorgeous baby fish before giving in. Luckily baby fishes are surviving well in the revived fish tank and are now grown.

Had dinner here a few times. Always a pleasant experience. Decent food, great price. They have all kind of weekly promotions and discounts which makes it affordable to eat here regularly, especially with a family. The service is always great and the atmosphere is family friendly.

OK, used them before and the young men (not the boss) were great helpers. Efficient, quick, strong, and hardworking. The price quoted was pretty good too. Because of the good experience I had with them last time, I rang up again one year later to ask for some moving help. The boss Pete sounded a bit arrogant with their "busy schedule and might not be able to do your job" and then after I told him the job location, flexible time, and what I need help with, he continued the conversation by saying I would not be able to find other professional removalist that would accept my "small" job and then talk down on other "non professional removalists that could harm your furnitures etc". I happened to have gotten a cheaper quote from a 5 star removalist that was pleasant to talk to from WOMO just before I rang him so.... The per hour rate Pete quoted is still the same as last time he quoted a year ago which is a fair price but I just do not appreciate the intimidated tone and the scare tactic. So, thanks but no thanks.

Was during peak season in December but managed to get squeezed in a weekend time slot with no extra charge. The move was quick and efficient. Managed to move a full truck of heavy furnitures, tools, pot plants etc to 2 different houses (which wasn't in the plan I must add) that are 30km apart within 4 hours. We were impressed and grateful. The guys had to eat their lunch while still moving things because of the unplanned schedule. Very hardworking young men.

Always fast in response, always deliver as promised, always willing to accommodate whatever ridiculous request I had. The guys are always friendly and very good to deal with. Their works are good and prices are reasonable.

Went there first time on Friday night, booked an hour before hand, and got there half an hour late as we left work late but the waiter was still very friendly and lead us to our table. The service was quick and friendly. The food was great and quick. It took around 15mins to get our entree (tasting plates) and it was very nice. We wanted the mains to be serve immediately after the entree and it did came almost straight away after we finished our entree. The main was barramundi grilled on mashed potatoes, fresh and tasty. Definitely going back there soon.

Dining with Gino has never been that great of an experience. The only reason that we went back there was just for the convenience. The last time we visited was the worst. After waiting for a while at the long queu in front of the counter (they don't even have table service) we ordered a pasta, requested that the pasta should be cook through. The waiter sounds a bit offended and did not let us finish our sentence & said, "Our pasta is always well done (which we assume he mean well done like steak)" and indicate there were many people waiting in the line and want us to pay quick. So we paid & sat down waiting for almost an hour for the food. The pasta came out and had good flavour but was dissapointingly not cook through. We understand that restaurant always like to do their pasta Al dente but this time the pasta are hard and still had "white" in the centre of the pasta. We took the pasta back and told the waiter at the counter that the pasta is still hard. The waiter very unpleasantly said that's how the pasta should be and ask if we want our money back. We don't care about the money, we just want our food! He then ask if we want them to cook the pasta longer. As we were running a bit late (didn't expect the food to take an hour to serve) so we ask how long would that take. The waiter was very impatient and said again if we want the pasta cook or do we want the money back. From that point, I had decided that that would be the last time I visited Gino's.

We came here on a Wednesday afternoon after shopping, hungry. One of us can only eat gluten free food and cook food. The waiters & waitress were helpful and said that most meals can be done as gluten free. We ordered 2 set lunches that come with entree, main, and a wine (which can be changed to other drinks if don't like wine). The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived and ordered and hence we thought we could get our meals pretty quickly. We waited half an hour for the entrees to come. It wasn't an impressive entree considering it took them half an hour to prepare them (2 tiny little arancini, and a small plate of calamari coated with rice flour, pepper & salt). Both entrees were full of peppers and salt which kills the original flavour of the food. We told the waiter that the mains can be served straight away as we are hungry. Another half an hour or 35 mins passed before the mains came. The beef fillet which was suppose to come as gluten free had some sort of spicy paste on it which we not sure if it was gluten free. Same paste was on the side potato. The beef was done rare while we wanted it to be medium well. The chilli & lemon scallops angel hair pasta was so salty & was soaking in lemon juice with lots of pepper. The waiters & waitress got very stressed out when there were more customers coming in while the kitchen had been very slow with the food.
