Don't bother, they will not return phone calls, don't know how they are still in business.
Called Raf to do a small repair job to our garage wall, where a section had fallen off. Raf was punctual, very courteous, and provided good advice. He was able to commence the work that day, and the quality of the finished work is excellent. I highly recommend him, he has all the attributes of a tradie who knows his business. Well done.
This business has changed hands, now reflected in extremely poor service. Girl with a surly expression on the counter, not a smile or greeting, very lacking in customer service. Ordered coffee, waited 15 minutes, and TWICE had to ask where my order was, as two others who came in later than me were served first. No apologies, barista did not have a clue as to what she was doing, and very very slow. Has gone downhill since new management, needs to lift their game, as there is better service, and coffee, at the other shops in Monty.
Have been here several times with a group of friends, as well as having takeaway. Food is exceptionally good, very tasty, meat dishes extremely tender to the palate. Always a friendly place to eat, with Phyllis being her usual "unusual" self.
Dropped in for a coffee, two staff members behind the counter, one making coffee, the other having a long chat to a tradie. No acknowledgement from either staff member, so after standing there for a good 5 minutes, walked out and went elsewhere. Needs a big improvement in customer service.
Went in for Sunday lunch, and the experience was one of the worst I have had in the last few years. On entering, greeted by the staff, but that's where the SERVICE finished. Found our own table, waited (and waited) for staff to bring menus, etc. Had to call staff over to get menus. Finally ordered, four meals, three arrive, and no fourth order. Thought it must still be coming, as similar to other orders. Waitress hasn't asked for the whereabouts of the missing order. After another wait, and having to ask about it, meal finally arrives. A complete lack of interest from staff. Another waitress observed texting on mobile phone
while working! After meal, waitress cleans table of TWO plates, but does not return for the other two plates. Comments heard from both adjoining tables about slow and poor service. No offer of coffees, went elsewhere for that! Venue very noisy.
Overall a nice building, but extremely noisy, badly let down by incompetent staff who were not doing their job, complete inattention to CUSTOMER SERVICE! There are several great cafes in Maling Road, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
In for a morning coffee, and after waiting an excessive time, the customer who had ordered just after me was served at least 5 minutes prior to my coffee arriving. Coffee was good, but service needs to be sorted out. Excuse from waitress was poor, blamed number of orders, and no apology.
Went in for a coffee and a snack, the place was not busy. Had to wait an excessive time for the coffee to arrive, was served at the same time as another customer at the next table who had ordered his 10 minutes after me. Coffee was lukewarm, and response from staff was unapologetic, never again. Poor service and poor attitude.
Called in for a quick lunch. Place not too busy. Coffee came quick, but ordered soup of the day and waited 20 minutes. Meal was nice, but needs significant improvement in service. Also has a huge sliding door which activates everytime someone walks past, and on a cold day let a big blast of cold air in.
