The place is pretty old now, but clean. Most of the dishes are pretty good, with some outstanding ones. The service is not too bad, but the wait is out of this world, I once waited for ONE hour before being served!!! The price is in line with the food quality though, expect to pay upwards of $10 for anything (excluding drinks).

Well the food is pretty good, and the service is not too bad. The restaurant itself is pretty old looking. You also have to get your own drinks from the fridge, get your own spoons and forks (its on a rack at the entrance) and write your own order! But the food is good enough to not really care about all this.
