Fantastic service, the staff are very friendly and helpful. If customer service is the retail saviour then these guys have got it in spades.
This is a new business in Lara, we popped in to see what it was like as we love our Indian food. There was a table of ten and a few couples eating in that night, the service and the bringing out of our meals was a bit slow, hopefully it will get better. The food was absolutely excellent. The only sad thing is an up market Indian restaurant is just about to open just up the road so it's going to to be tough competition wise. Lara has had no decent restaurants and now suddenly two Indian restaurants hmmmm how did that happen I wonder.
The silver chopsticks service was extremely good. We found the food to be quite good and the menu fairly extensive.
Just a couple of things we found our dishes to be a little too salty (very thirsty when we got home)
The other thing was the menu, it didnt have any descriptions of what some of the dishes where which would have helped. But over all quite a good experience.
Great coffee, great service with a smile. I go there 3 days a week for a toasted sandwich and a brew. Love the free wifi.
This market has a great and well deserved reputation. Food galore, fresh produce and gorgeous jewellery, crafts in fact so much that you'll just have to go and it it for your self. Ps have to make a special mention of the wonderful and talented buskers there.
On a recent visit to Hobart we went to fish frenzy as recommended by my mum and we loved it. The fish and chips come in cardboard cones really cute.
Prior to our recent Holliday to Tasmania, I did a search for the best Indian Restaraunt in Hobart (silly me should have looked on this site. We love our Indian food and thought we where in for a treat when we found this one. So sorry for the poor review but I can honestly say that the curries we had had very little flavour really disappointing.
a must visit cafe/Restaraunt ...beautiful setting and excellent service. I would definitely recommend Brookfield, the breakfast I had there was the best I'd had in a long time.
An amazing place with a reputation described as contraversial and a must see. I am glad that I went to see it as the setting was fantastic, some of the art works where interesting but the artworks didn't leave me with the wow feeling I was expecting.
The service at wrest point was excellent, fantastic tourist advice and suggestions for places to visit. The rooms where a little dated old style tv,s in cupboards etc, beds where a little uncomfortable but overall we had a nice stay
