Ian and Ann were able to schedule the carpet cleaning last minute and saved my bond. They cleaned our carpets thoroughly, especially one room that our cat had taken as her own. Texting is easier for them, just make sure your message go through. Mine didn't the first time and even thought it was my fault, they came the next day without a cancellation fee.
