If you are already fit, it is easy to maintain the same. The real challenge is when you are unfit and carrying extra weight. How do you get fit and then maintain the fitness gained? I faced the same challenge when I joined Vision Brighton. I didn't want to run a marathon or be an Iron Woman. I just wanted to be fit, look fit and feel fit and healthy. Vision Brighton equipped me with all the tools I needed to start my journey to fitness. 12 weeks into my program I am 7 kilos lighter and visibly fit. All I can say is, I was not able to achieve such results in all my previous endeavours. I am still working towards my goal that I am very confident I will achieve. So, to all those people out there who are looking forward to lead a fitter life for no other reason but to be fit and healthy, see you at Vision Brighton.
