I contacted True Blue Dive in the beginning of December 2012 and explained that the earliest time I could do my diving course was in February and I had already specific date in mind... They said it wouldn't be a problem and after I purchase the deal (this was through one of the deal companies) , to send them email or call them just to confirm and tell them the date. So I bought the deal and called them and send the email.... But they told me to go through their booking system on their website. Unfortunately their calendar was showing only December, January, not the February.
Right from the beginning I sent close to 15 emails requesting to be contacted and confirmed that dates I wanted could have been booked. (I was overseas at the time and wasn't always able to call them due to the time difference). I was ignored until finally someone replied to me. By this time February calendar came up but was showing that all dates (every single day) in February was booked and not available any more.
And I also wasn't able to contact them at all, neither by email or phone call.
Thankfully I was refunded the amount I paid for voucher by the company I bought it through.
I wouldn't recommend True Blue Dive as their customer service is beyond any comment that could describe the awful experience.

This review is for Good Time Harbour Cruises, Sydney NSW

Me and my partner decided to go for Valentine's day cruise and we decided to go with Good Time Harbour cruise.
We thought it would be nice to do something special on this day.
So, the ship was supposed to depart at 7.30pm but hasn't left the harbour until 8pm. One would think that these cruises would leave on time.
But the worst shock was when entered and saw tables and how squeezed and squashed everyone was! It was all long tables seating (10-15 people on one side), similar to garden bier place set up where everyone sits behind long tables. And we had to pull chair right out to be able to sit behind the table as there was no way (not even for the skinniest person in the world) to be able to squeeze in without doing it. Also, not too much space between tables.
Then the food came...... One plastic plate per couple with 2 prawns, 4 fried balls of something and 2 little strips of smoked salmon. After the entree, entertainment came - bad impressionist of Elvis Prestley with 2 dancers (?), they couldn't dance at all.
Then about an hour later main course came in form of the buffet. Overcooked rice with supposedly prawns (I didn't get any in my portion), lamb skewers that were harder then shoe sole, burnt chicken skewers, cold meatballs and fresh salad.
Dessert - slices of watermelon and some oranges served on platters on buffet table. Cruise ship staff had to be searched for by one of the customers when fruit platter needed to be replaced.
Over all, the experience was extremely disappointing and we regret wasting money like this. I'd like to warn people from going to one of Good Time harbour cruises, please save yourselves money, time and disappointment. There's plenty of other companies that would look after you a lot better and would give you good value for money.

Approximate cost: $130
