Our whole family has used the services of Novatsis and Alexander many times for many different reasons. In particular Mr Chris Alexander. Chris has always provided great advice and support with his professionalism, integrity, time management, encouragement, ability to provide answers/outcomes/suggestions and all other relevant communications. Chris always encourages positivity and at times, to look on the lighter side of life. He is also compassionate with great attention to details. Could not recommend more highly.

I am a regular at Nicole's and noticed she needed models for her apprentice. I did not hesitate as the young ones need people to practice their skills on. I have very long hair and had my usual half head of foils. Hayley the apprentice, did a magnificent job under the watchful eye of Nicole. I came out of the salon with beautiful hair again, and thank Hayley and Nicole for the opportunity to offer myself as a model. Well done!

Dropped in for a coffee and was surprised to receive a really lovely coffee blend. The café is small, personal, and lovely variety of home made cakes and savoury options. A delight.

Cameron from Easton Living put blinds throughout our home. I found him to be efficient, amiable, trustworthy and with unbeatable prices. I compared prices and was amazed. I highly recommend him for your blinds and curtains.

This little salon provides excellent service, quality and value. While there I chatted with other very happy clients and found common threads, laughter and a lovely happy atmosphere. I also had cosmetic tattooing at very reasonable rates and I have had great compliments about my eyebrows and lips. Eyelash extension are also now available. I had shellac done for my mani and pedi for a special occasion which was applied beautifully. My waxing was done with great attention to detail. This was second visit and will be returning again and again. Looking forward to my eyeliner being tattooed next. I wish them well in their new venture.

I had my foils done, fringe reinstated and ends of my long hair trimmed with Nicole. I have been to the salon a number of times now and never cease to be amazed. I just LUV IT. Not only do I get beautiful foils that are exactly what I want, I also get to relax, de-stress, and know I am in very safe hands. Nicole, you know the secret to delighting your client. The salon also uses fabulous products that are very kind to my very long, fine, blonde, hair. Congratulations on a very well run business.

Whatever has happened at La Porchetta's? The food was always great. Tonight we got 2 Family pizzas and they were very ordinary. The base was barely cooked and the toppings were tasteless. The quality was terrible. We are shocked and will not be returning.

Was unable to get into my usual hairdresser. Searched online and found Nicole's. Made a booking and went to my appointment with much trepidation. Well was I in for a surprise, I felt like thoroughly relaxed, impressed by both the attitude of the staff and the beautiful products they used on my hair. I was absolutely delighted with my hair and wish to thank Nicole, Karen and Natasha. I have found a new hairdresser for myself and would highly recommend the salon to everyone.

Coffe is consistently good. Cakes are the sames as everywhere else. No particular point of difference. Staff could use some cutomer service skills.

Serve great coffee, service is a bit all over the shop, home made treats are very yummy, albeit a little too expensive. Would go more often if it was not so pricey. Breakfasts are fabulous.
