This was our first visit. Although the decor is basic this is made up for by the friendly,efficient staff and high quality of the food.We'll be back.

The company website was easy to use. They use Express post which ensures quick delivery which is just what you need if your laptop battery dies. We received the battery within two days and we were able to access all documentation about the transaction via the website. Quick,efficient service.

This was our first visit to Port Lincoln and we were very impressed in every way with the high standard of the hotel and in particular the friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We were overwhelmed and surprised with the size of the balconied room and its wonderful ocean view. Waking up to the sunrise and view of the bay with ships coming and going was magical. There was a variety of places to eat at the hotel from Sarin's restaurant, bistro and sports bar, all of which served excellent locally sourced food. It was a joy to stay there. We had a fantastic time at the Hotel (it's almost a destination in its own right), as well as enjoying the many the wonderful places to visit in and around Port Lincoln (e.g. marina, maritime museum, wineries, Coffin Bay and tuna farm). We can't wait to go back.

Helen always greets you as if you are an old friend, and makes you feel right at home. Everything is consistently delicious,fresh,well made and very good value. The eclairs,strawberry cheesecake, sauceage rolls, quiches, fruit tarts are fantastic. The mini taster pack in particular with their mini fruit tarts and eclairs is sensational and a great way of sampling the products. A true delight.Well done.

Whenever we go on one of walks (weather permitting)we always stop in for our usual Hake,chips,potato cakes and corn jacks and eat it in the local park. The batter on the fish is light (similar to Tempura batter) and not oily.The chips,potato cakes and corn jacks are always golden brown (not oily), light and crisp.They get the different cooking times for each item perfectly.We have been going there for about two years and the friendly service, food and value has not changed. Well done.The only downside is that they are open Monday to Friday only.

We recently stopped for lunch on our way from Mildura to Adelaide at New Land Bakery (24 MCcoy St). The decor is basic and the area spacious but is more than compensated for by the quality of the food and excellent, friendly service.We were very impressed with the quality,flavour and value of the pies and vegetable pasties and even stopped in for lunch on our return trip. We also had the egg and spinach quiche and the chicken and prawn rice paper roll. The quiche was very tasty with plenty of tasty spinach and the rice paper roll was tasty and fresh.A surprising and great find.Well done.
