I ordered a replacement GPS battery on Aug 6th with the understanding that it was being shipped from China and would take 20 days to arrive. After waiting 25 days I called and was told it would take another 14 days. It finally turned up on Sep 22nd (another 22 days after my call, so 47 days after it was ordered).

On Monday 24th February 2014 I purchased 2 of these for $100.66 with express delivery of $12.31. It arrived the next day on Tuesday 25th February 2014 but it was missing one battery so they refunded me $50.33, which was extremely nice of them to do that for me.

I bought a replacement battery for my old HP laptop from Better Batt. It arrived quickly with no problems,
I had not used it much, however, after fully discharging it would not recharge.
I advised bettebatt. They provided steps that I could take to troubleshoot the problem. After many attempts using the troubleshooting steps, I was unable to get the battery to recharge. I sought a replacement or to get my money back.
I was advised that they had a 400 day money back guarantee, of which I was not aware, but a replacement was available.

Outstanding support service from this company.

A replacement battery was delivered very quickly and it is performing well.
I will certainly use this company again for future battery purchases for many of my devices.

Ordered laptop battery and received it within a couple of days just before Christmas. Problem, it was not the correct battery with a different part number than my receipt. Company first tried to say I had to pay return postage as it was my fault for ordering wrong battery! I pointed out my receipt showed the correct battery. Then sent me free postage label. They said they would not send replacement until they received first battery. Sent on the 29/12/17 with receipt from Post Office. 12 days later called them as still no battery. Then told not in stock could be another two weeks but no guarantees. They never had it in stock but weren't honest about it nor did they feel the need to let me know it was not in stock. My laptop will not operate without the battery. Luckily the old battery is still hanging in there. This is my work computer, I need it every day. Have opened a complaint with my credit card supplier to get my money back.
This is rubbish customer service.

Bought a Laptop battery this week and it arrived within 2 days. The website is so easy to use and understand what battery you need (especially for a computer novice). They also offer a full refund and free return delivery if you get the wrong one. They are upfront that thye are not genuine batteries but for 1/3 price I tried them and extremey happy with the battery I got.
