I signed a contract to purchase a 16ft Billabong Grove caravan at the Qld Caravan and Camping Show from Coastal Caravans Pty Ltd in 2015.
This dealer would not honour the contract as signed. The dealer refused to refund my deposit.

I took the matter to the QCAT. The QCAT finding was that Coastal Caravans was directed to refund my deposit in full and pay court costs. This dealer refuses to obey the order.

I have registered the debit in the magistrates court but this dealer still refuses to obey the court directive.

Coastal Caravans is the sole agent in Qld for Billabong Caravans

This is a dealership that has no respect for customers, contract law or court directives.
