We are returning customers to Jack's. You are guaranteed good tasting fresh kebabs. Service is quite fast also. Whule there is not a massive range to choose from, what is there-well the choices are good-and simple. It's nice and clean aswell. OPen quite late which is handy when holidaying as you get caught up in the atmosphere of Cavill Mall and time vanishes quickly!

We booked accommodation through them and double checked it ticked all our boxes of 'essentials'. We paid. Then they lost the payment (after sending the receipt). They found the payment again.
When we arrived they had moved us and the accommodation wasn't suitable nor what we had paid for. I phoned and the owner was very rude, speaking down to me and almost spelling his answers out. He refused to move us until the following day. I said this wasnt good enough-we are on holidays, have 2 children (one being 5 months old) and we have a full schedule. We do not have time for this etc. Hung up in tears. 5 mins later we get a call saying they suddenly have a new apartment for us. New apartment was what we had requested!
We then vacated and received a call a few hours later offering us cash to vacate today as they double booked our apartment! Luckily we had already vacated! It would not have gone down well at all if they were trying to get us to vacate early! Imagine that-calling someone at lunchtime while they are on holidays expecting them to come back from a theme park or whatever they are doing, pack up and vacate their accommodation they booked and paid for months in advance AND for them to find new accommodation! Absolutely disgusting! Rude rude people!

I absolutely love going here. Our whole family (including my extended family) now all go here. Dr Rammal is fabulous-almost always on time, never rushes you, very thorough and always follows you up. He also remembers you-which is valuable and not expected in such a huge surgery

Whilst I love their products I can no longer bring myself to shop here. My Husband took our daughter in (while I waited outside the store) as they were choosing a birthday present for myself. The shop assistant followed them around like a hawk until I went in and asked them to leave with me. This one particular staff member has done this on several occasions-not sure if she thinks we are going to steal or break something but I refuse to shop where we are made to feel that way. I sent an email about this but it was ignored.

I have been going here for about a year now and I am quite happy! While I find the prices (if you want a wash, blow dry etc) to be quite pricey (I choose not to get them) I am very happy with the personalised service they offer. I see the same hairdresser each time and I have been happier with my styles since seeing her. I recently took my new baby with me and she needed a nappy change-they cleared a space out the back so I could as it was raining outside so I couldnt do it in the boot of my car.

Delicious food, great value for money. These pizzas remind me of my childhood pizza shop. They aren't greasy like some of the chain store pizzas so you don't feel awful after eating them. Friendly staff
