Do not be fooled by the great reviews on the site as you will notice that the overwhelming majority of these reviews are one-off reviews. Although overall I was very happy with my facial, the manager accused me of not showing up for my appointment previously, although as I had explained to her that I had called several times but only ever received a message bank service.
