This place gets packed and you will usually see a queue out the door. It's also pretty tight inside too.. So obviously the food is good here! I've only had the pho here and we went cos we saw the queue and thought we better find out what were missing out on! The pho was better than many I've had in Melbourne city and Richmond and I do rate it higher than most. More vegies in the pho than you get at other places.

We make any excuse to go to Springvale to eat here. The beef pho is delicious and it's cheap as you expect in the suburbs at only $8.50. I'm not Vietnamese but I may as well be with the amount of pho I consume. These guys provide flavoursome dishes, although you may need to get some help with the menu board as its in Vietnamese from memory, although for me it's simply beef pho that I order so I don't bother with looking at the menu. Drinks look very popular, I'll have to order one next time, although I'm usually too full of soup to squeeze in a drink. But it is fun to watch them press the sugar cane to make the sweet drinks.. Can you get any fresher than that!

I first went here when I lost my bag in the city and the staff from this restaurant had found it and contacted me to notify me that they had it there. When I went there to pick up my lost bag I was surprised that all of its contents we're still inside, I offered the staff a reward for returning it to me but they insisted on not accepting my cash. This is a testament to kindness of the Thai people that own and run this restaurant. My partner and I ordered some lunch here and it was lovely and had some wine to go along with it too. Larb salad was great. They stock cold Chang beers!

These guys specialise in Vietnamese traditional rice noodle beef and chicken soups. I have been to Vietnamese restaurants in the suburbs which are unbelievably good, but this rates high for Melbourne CBD. I pop in here for quick lunch with work friends regularly. Service is superfast and they get super busy over lunch as well. If you go in a group of more than 4 it can get difficult to find a seat all together so try to have an early or a later lunch. The won't split the bill so make sure you have the right change for either a small for $8.50 or medium for $9.50 or a large for $10.50. Usually everyone orders a medium and it is more than enough. Try also the spicy Vietnamese soup, it's not too spicy and has egg noodles rather than rice noodles and is very tasty! Beware of Pizzle, google it first if your interested in trying it, I'm not!

Amazing Thai takeaway food. My partner cannot go past the gang garee chicken and says its the best he has ever had. I love everything I get from here. Only provide takeaway but it's always great and never had to wait too long. Prices reasonable. Gang garee chicken was only about $13 and the menu shows gluten free options which is very helpful. Lovely husband and wife team.

Lemongrass chilli and beef vermicelli and also the broken rice dishes are definitely stand out dishes. Cheap meals and served fast. Yes the decor is dated as you expect in many of these sorts of reataurants. Can't beat the fresh food served here.Broken rice dish is one of the best in Melbourne.

We went as a party group of probably 20 people. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of seafood especially fresh oysters, yum.. A stand out for me too. Was a little dissappointed that the dumplings had run out, I waited 10 mins for more to come but they didn't, same with the chocolate mousse dessert.. But it was Saturday evening dinner and it was a full restaurant. Keep an eye out for the green tea mousse cake or was it a cheesecake, it was delicious as were the duck pancakes! $63 a head was surprising very good value, no stodgy filling food here so you can eat a lot more! For the smokers in our group there was a fantastic marquee set up outside with chairs and tables provided for smokers to be protected from the wind and rain. I will be coming here again!

This review is for ABC Mobile Mechanic, Cranbourne VIC

Had it been a year or two ago I would have praised the work by ABC Mobile Mechanics as they have serviced our 2 cars since 2009. But, we are now in 2012 and my views have changed. ABC has done quite a bit of work for us but I've decided we'll go elsewhere. On one occasion it two very guys were sent to my house to do a service. I was meant to be at work that day but turned out I stayed home by chance as I was sick. I was quite surprised to see these two guys that appeared to be in their late teens arrive at my house. My partner was fuming a few days later when he discovered that the oil cap had not been replaced after the service and said it could have caused serious damage. Another time I had a RWC done on our other car and then had it done again on the same car several months later only this time VicRoads had given me new rego plates. I was surprised to receive the new RWC with my old registration number written on it as I always thought roadworthy inspections should be very thorough and I had not had those old plates for quite some time. I have other little examples like these ones that have encouraged me to look elsewhere.. So if you know an honest mechanic that does great work in the frankston region let the WOMO community know about it!

They took great care of my dog when she entered her twilight years and we visited here on a monthly basis for her arthritis treatment. Lovely, caring staff from the reception, nurses to the vets. I was there once when a tradie brought in an injured stray dog and the staff were so caring and offered to keep to contact the tradie to let him know how the stray got in. That made me well-up with tears in the waiting area that they be that thoughtful. A great team.

We popped in for a light lunch whilst shopping and it thought the dumplings were yummy. We had pork dumplings steamed (was about $9 for 10 dumplings i think) and we had the grilled beef dumplings for around the same price. Very nice staff. Just a nice, clean place with great dumplings. We will be back to try more.
