I had done nothing for years except sat on my couch and then 2.5 months ago I started training with personal trainer Tony at StudioForty6. In such a short amount of time I am much fitter, more motivated and healthier. Tony is fantastic as he motivates me and pushes me every time to achieve my goals even when I think 'there is no way I can do this". He changes the workout every week so I don't get bored. Everyone at Stuido Forty6 is so friendly and there are no beefheads grunting and staring at you like in other gyms I have been to. I highly recommend this gym.
